  the location was very convenient, the apartment was lovely and beautifully decorated, the washer/dryer was efficient, and the air conditioning worked well, which was much appreciated. The guest service was excellent- all of our questions were answered very quickly. The team was very responsive and helpful.

  The location was good – just 10 mins to the centre of Bordeaux. The area is residential and very quiet. We were met at the apartment by a very friendly gentleman who handed us the keys. In the apartment there were maps and tourist information in english to help us navigate the city. The air conditioning in the living room and bedroom worked well and were a blessing in the heatwave.
