  Struttura piccola e accogliente, terrazzo favoloso anche se non l'abbiamo sfruttato molto visto il clima .

  Ce petit studio clair et calme est idéalement situé. Proche de la gare, du tram et des bus, avec des commerces (boulangerie, Lidl, caviste) et le superbe Marché des Capucins à proximité.
  Dans un tel quartier, on pourrait s'attendre à une résidence bruyante. Il n'en est rien. Le logement est très calme. Nous sommes venus en novembre, donc difficile de profiter pleinement de la terrasse mais celle-ci est sûrement un plus très sympa une fois les beaux jours venus.
  Tout est fourni, linge de maison, serviettes, papier toilette, l'essentiel pour le premier petit déjeuner, ce qui est très appréciable.
  Cathy est une hôtesse très réactive, qui met tout en oeuvre pour rendre le séjour agréable. Elle propose des brochures et des recommandations pour mieux découvrir Bordeaux.
  Le canapé lit est très facile à manier. La cabine de douche est très bien aménagée. Parfaitement isolée, on ne risque pas de mettre de l'eau partout. Bonne pression et bonne température.
