  Good price. The place is small, but in a cosy way: plenty of space for me as one person. Nice to have a small terrace at the back. Good location, about 25-30 minute walk to city centre; bus stops very nearby, and tram a bit further away. Clear instructions provided by owner on how to get in. Boulangeries a few minutes' walk away.

  Close to public transport (but you need to get app to buy bus tickets because there is no ticket machines around). Nice price and nice little yard. TV is connected to internet so you can watch youtube, netflix, etc. Easy self check-in and check-out.

  The contact with the owner was very easy. He was a very helpful person and answered all our questions. So I recommend the place to those ones who like to live independently and for a reasonable price. The very comfortable location even though not in the city center but very close to the bus stops and other facilities. Shops and restaurants close as well.
