  Le logement est très grand, très bien decoré et très bien placé au cœur des Chartrons, à proximité de tous les commerces.
  
  What could be improved: Le mobilier exterieur et interieur tables et chaises est un peu juste pour 15 personnes. Nous avons eu du mal à manger tous ensemble.

  What could be improved: The first impression was very good, but the apartment was so badly maintained. We note that in May 2024, a review mentioned the broken dishwasher door, but there were other issues such as the freezer iced up. On arrival, we understood that the concierge would greet us. We arrived early but the cleaner opened the door, gave us the key and she left. We could only assume we were to enter. The concierge was very aggressive about this. We tried numerous times to get him to come to the apartment to show him the many issues, but he never came except on the last day. He did, however, arrange for the more obvious issues to be fixed, such as the flooding through a light because one of the showers was blocked, but there were far too many problems to describe to him, including for example a nail coming through the floor in the bedroom. It was unfortunate that because he was offended that we entered early, not our fault agent appeared determined not to come and sort out problems and show us how things worked. We were 4 elderly couples. Poor show, but well done Booking.com for the partial refund!

  Eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Wohnung. Die Architektur ist beeindruckend. Die Zimmer sind als „Kasten“Konstruktion im ersten Stock. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, mitten in Bordeaux in wirklich super Lage zu wohnen. Die Betreuung durch Nicolas und Sarah haben toll funktioniert. Die Bitte nach einer neuen Pfanne ( die alte war echt übel) wurde sehr schnell erfüllt. Sie haben immer sehr schnell reagiert.
  
  What could be improved: Belüftung, es gibt zwar Fenster in den Zimmern, diese sind aber nur kippbar. (Keine richtige Lüftung möglich). Da es auch keine Klimaanlage gibt, kann es schon sehr heiß uns stickig werden(trotz Ventilatoren).
  Die Wasserversorung mit warmen Wasser ist trickreich und nicht ergiebig. Einige mussten immer kalt duschen.
  Außerdem ist das Appartement durchaus schon in die Jahre gekommen. Eine gründliche Reinigung und Behebung einiger Mängel wären schön ( z.B. der Beamer im Kino funktioniert nicht – dafür wurde einfach ein grosser Fernseher angeschlossen, einige Töpfe könnten ausgetauscht werden, ( vor allem sollten alle „alten“ Sachen entfernt werden), die Spülmaschinentür hat keinen Anschlag und fällt einem auf den Fuß beim Öffnen.
