  VERYTHING!!
  we were welcomed as friends – starting with coffee in the lounge on arrival, sharing tips customised just for us, helping us secure transportation, exceptional breakfast with great discussions with Guillaume while he prepared our fresh fruit salad, offered tasty cheese from the region, best croissant in town. Rooms very comfortable and sparkling clean. House is at walking distance from Bordeaux’s old town and main attractions

  Our stay at Les Séraphines was unforgettable! The location is perfect—tucked away on a peaceful street yet just a 15-minute walk from the city center and close to the tram. The hospitality was outstanding—Guillaume and his team made us feel so welcome, providing personalized recommendations and daily tips that enhanced our trip. The room was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a highlight, with homemade muesli, fresh fruit, bread, and pastries served with so much care. The attention to detail and personal touches truly set Les Séraphines apart.

  Tout. Accomodation perfect, great locality but the most important was the time Guillaume gave us to explain where to go ,what to do, and best restaurant,'s etc. This enabled us to enjoy and absorb the Bordeaux atmosphère.

  Guillaume was so considerate and very attentive to my stay. I was staying somewhere that was not very well and I was grateful to come here. I was able to arrive earlier and was very accommodating. When I did arrive, he greeted me and showed me everything in the common space where breakfast is served. He even gave me a map of Bordeaux and explained all the areas and where to visit. Which was very helpful since I never come super prepared to a city and research everything on the go! He also ensured my room was clean and checked ever when I was checking in. I loved how clean the property was. I have pretty bad allergies to dust and my asthma acts up and this hotel did not cause any issues. The breakfast was so nice. It was coffee, croissants (amazing), granola and yogurt, fruit salad and juice. Many jams and butters with bread. The bread was so good. Guillaume was so kind to ask me what kind of croissant I wanted for the next day. I told him to surprise me and he got me a chocolate croissant. I also was able to check out late and he was able to accommodate me which was very nice. The location is great as well everything is close by. I also love the website that has all the details for your stay. I went and tried a few restaurants that he recommends as well as the pharmacy he mentions. Overall he takes really good care. I would highly recommend staying here if you would like a hassle free stay. Bordeaux was even more beautiful after staying here. I also spent lots of time in the common room reading at night and drinking tea. I will gladly go back and only stay here!

  Our host Guillaume was fantastic as were his helpers! The place is excellent – lovely room and the common area feels like home! Good breakfast. Conveniently located to many sites in Bordeaux city. We were delighted with our stay (6 days).

  The proprietor, Guillaume, and his staff were extremely responsive and helpful before and during the stay. The room was spartan but clean and met my needs. The location was a bit far from the center but a tram stop was nearby. I bought a Bordeaux Pass that included unlimited use of public transportation which helped to get to the key sights.

  This is a small property which has been adapted into a guest house. The room was of good size and decoration. The communal room for breakfast likewise. The propoerty is situated in a quiet street with good access to the centre of Bordeaux by foot. Our host was very helpful in recommending and arranging places to eat and visit. I would happily stay at this property again and would recommend to friends should they be visiting Bordeaux.
