The tram stop is literally a two-minute walk away, so getting to the wine district or Place de la Bourse takes maybe ten minutes. I mean, couples absolutely rave about this location (they’ve rated it 9.3), and I totally get why. You can walk to some fantastic local bistros that most visitors never discover, and there’s this great morning market nearby where locals do their shopping.

Let me tell you about the beds — they’re seriously comfortable, like sink-into-them-and-forget-your-worries comfortable. The room I stayed in had this perfect blend of modern amenities and classic French touches, with high ceilings and windows that actually open (you know how rare that’s becoming). The bathroom was compact but well-designed, and honestly, after walking around Bordeaux all day, having a proper shower with good water pressure was exactly what I needed. The decor feels thoughtful without being fussy — sort of that effortless French style that looks expensive but doesn’t try too hard.

The continental breakfast here is what you’d hope for in France — fresh croissants, good coffee, and local jams that actually taste like fruit. They serve it in this bright little dining area that catches the morning light beautifully.   Patricia that owns the B&B was very helpful she was able to show us on a map where to go.The B&B was very clean its a lovely B&B, I would highly recommend staying here. The breakfast every morning was lovely freshly baked bread and pastry and home made jams and yogurt and freshly made coffee we will definitely be staying here again.
