You’re about a 15-minute walk from the buzz of downtown, but far enough away that you won’t hear drunk tourists stumbling back from the wine bars at 2 AM.

Sure, it’s not going to blow you away with fancy amenities or Instagram-worthy lobbies, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want – a genuine, comfortable base that lets the city itself be the star.
