  Beliggenheden er perfekt når man er turist. Mange gode restauranter rundt om hjørnet. Sporvogn og busser. En dejlig fransk have, terrasse. Roligt og hyggeligt. Rent og pænt, tekøkken og køleskab med lille fryser.
  Køkkenet er ikke til stor madlavning, men perfekt til morgenmad og frokost.
  Værten er på stedet, han hjalp os første aften med nøgleboksen, vi hilste et par gange, men havde ikke brug for mere hjælp.
