  The location is excellent and the owner and other staff on site were really helpful. Great views on both sides and sitting outside on the little balcony was lovely. Tram stop to easily get anywhere is right next to the property and the free secure parking is also a bonus.

  The property is very well located if you need to be close to the station which is right opposite or it's a 35 min walk into town or a 3 minute walk to the river where there are frequent trams. There are great views across Bordeaux in 2 directions. The parking is easy (although if you arrive by car on your own, it would be complicated to find somewhere to leave your car while you walk the 100m to collect the car park fob and keys). Everything worked fine in the apartment (although the front door is a little tricky and has a knack to lock it but is easy to unlock). The terrace would be lovely in good weather and would make the apartment feel more spacious although it was still fine for 4 friends staying together.
