  this is a lovely, artistically decorated apartment with all you need for a short stay. Wonderful bathroom/shower, quiet bedroom with no one above you, on a quiet street with no street noise.

  Very nice apartment, clean, neat, nice décor, plenty of light, comfortable bed and good heating system. Access is very easy at anytime with lock boxes for the keys. You do have to walk up one flight of stairs and the apartment itself is on two floors – living and kitchen downstairs and bed and bath up stairs. The owner responded right away to any and all communication. Great location – less than 5 minutes walk to tram line stop which is three stops from the train station. The Bordeaux tram line system is excellent and will get you everywhere for 1.50 euros a ride. 15 minute walk to the central food market which was also excellent. The street and neighborhood is very ethnically diverse with African and Arab mixed in with the native Frenchmen. Still, clean, safe and pretty quiet. One of the best vacation apartments I have ever rented.

  Wir haben vorab unkompliziert die Informationen zu den Schlüsseln bekommen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Lage sehr gut!

  Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Maisonette in dem authentischen Altstadtviertel St. Michel. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Samstags ist dort Markttag. Die Promenade entlang der Garonne bietet wiederum eine Vielzahl an Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Dort befindet sich auch die Straßenbahnhaltestelle, zur Wohnung sind es dann ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
  Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und den Concierges war fabelhaft.
  Es gibt viel zu sehen und zu erleben in dieser schönen Stadt.
  Seine Ruhe findet man in der Wohnung, die in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße liegt.

  Appartement fonctionnel et bien rénové. Très confortable et conforme aux photos. Emplacement très bien situé pour visiter à pieds ou en transport en commun (tram en bas de la rue). Très proche aussi de la gare Saint-Jean: 20 minutes à pieds avec les bagages ou 10 minutes en tram(ligne C direct). Petite épicerie Carrefour à proximité et marché des Capucins(vraiment très bien, on y trouve de tout). Restaurants et terrasses à proximité rien n’y manque. Communication excellente avec le locateur et check in facile car boîtier à clé avec code à la porte.
