  The apartment is very spacious, with modern finishes in a historical setting. Generous sized main living/kitchen/dining area and large en suite sinks and showers. Note: only one toilet near the front door. Automatic lighting in the hallway and powder bath were very useful. The apartment is very well located near the city centre close to the river, but off on a side street so it’s still quiet. Staff was very helpful, and accommodated my last minute request to access the apartment early after I made a mistake during booking. Also suggested lovely restaurants in the area. No need for a car — tram stops were very close, and that entire area is very walkable.

  The location was great and easy to get to. The agent was waiting for us and provided excellent information on the property and the vicinities. We walked everywhere and enjoyed our short stay. We probably could have used two more days in the City.

  Very good location in the city centre. Easy to reach, nice to live there. Calm. And very well-kept appartment. I liked especially the careful way they had upgraded the old windows with three-layered glass while indeed keeping the historic wooden frames. Extremely high-quality woodworking!

  The apartment on Rue Ausone was excellent, in a very central location and situated in a beautiful old building with views of the Garronne River. It was such a beautiful spacious apartment, really well designed with everything catered for. The bedrooms and showers were 5 star. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

  Location was amazing with the tram stop just meters away. One can even get the tram to the airport from this stop. The decor of the apartment was lovely and it was very well equipped too. Jean Christophe who met us to pass on the keys was very helpful and accommodating.
