  Clean and well positioned room !

  The person handing over the keys demanded 20 euros for a 'city tax' there was no way of paying for this digitally so for all I know this could have just been a blatant cash grab. I would have liked to have the option of paying and being notified about this beforehand.
  
  There were cobwebs at the ceiling of the rooms and the flat space above the shower / bathroom area has a very, very thick layer of dust which became clear when I tried to swat one of their mosquittos.
  
  The neighbour next door smokes so the room itself has a faint 'stale cigarette' smell. Little privacy due to 2-3 meter proximity from other inward facing windows. Maybe invest in some curtains?
  
  The room is above a chicken and chip shop so expect fast food workers to be coming in and out fairly regularly.
  
  Plus this neighbourhood is incredibly dangerous even during daylight hours with many homeless and drunk vagrants.
  
  Otherwise there was coffee available which I made good use of .
  
  It's okay but there are definitely better spots to choose from.
  
  My advice for the owners would be to do a deeper clean of the place, especially reaching high ceilings and high flat surfaces. It's important to have good air quality for a good night sleep.

  L'appartement est bien conforme aux photos. Visiblement refait à neuf récemment et bien équipé. J'ai regretté l'absence d'un placard pour suspendre les vêtements (il y en a bien un mais il était fermé à clé). L'emplacement correspondait à mes attentes (proche de la place de la Victoire).
