  If you like something out of early Tribeca you will like this. Fun if you like that style and dont mind the unfinished building. If you want a more traditional stay this is not for you.
  
  On a busy, scruffy main street. The building looks like a works site and has a building permit on the outside. The upper stories are unfinished – new insulation that has not been covered yet. Inside the entrance is unfinished. there is a very steep set of metal stairs leading up to the first loft and beyond a small landing (with building stuff) with a further set of narrow stairs leading to the loft shown on Booking.
  
  For reasons that were never clear we had been switched from the original booking to the owners' studio loft which doubles as their office so the comments dont necessarily reflect the advertised space. A very large space divided into the office/bedroom and the salon with a kitchen gallery in between. The bed platform had a great low hung central light which unfortunately meant the bed was pushed up against the wall so you had to climb out from one side. The lavatory was fine but the extractor didnt work. The shower bathroom was a decent size and the water flow good and hot. The kitchen was reasonably equipped (cant remember if microwave) but eg lack of coffee cups/mugs. The salon was large and decorated for looks rather than comfort. there is a large terrace with some furniture.
  
  The owner was nice. She is an architect. A bit vague – she didnt have all the keys for example. The light fixtures she designed are cool – we saw some in town.
  
  The location is mixed. It is a fairly quick bus ride into the centre and a less quick return. 30 minute walk. Supermkt 5 minute walk. No restaurants or bars to speak of. Best bistro nearest is Chai Maestro – very good.
  
  We did see the advertised loft that seemed more finished. Massive shower (you could fit a sofa in it), kitchen and salon, large terrace. It felt light and comfortable.

  The property is conveneniently situated, close to good local shops, within walking distance of the city centre and well served by frequent local buses. The hosts were outstandingly helpful, providing valuable local information and responding quickly to any queries we had. The property is bright and stylishly decorated, and the shower in the bathroom was truly excellent.

  The host was really nice and accomodating even in terms of time of arrival, they showed us directions when asked and even offered us a ride. The apartment was exactly like photos, clean and modern. There was some tea, sugar, coffee etc we could make, towels, blowdryer… Even some extra bedding in case we needed it. The location is also good – not so busy street with a bus station 2 mins and the center is 5 minutes by bus. We definitely recommend staying here!

  I did not get the apartment I had reserved (as in the photos in the advertisement) but another one that did not meet my needs so all in all, very disappointing.

  Everything! The apartment was very beautifully designed and you could tell that much care and attention had gone into it. But more than anything else the hospitality shown by the owners was fantastic, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great time not only in their property, but at our next destination
