  Appartement très bien agencé, très agréable, au calme (il n'est pas côté rue et donne sur les toits). A proximité des commerces du quartier des Chartrons, au pied du tram, et au pied du quai et des ses nombreuses boutiques. Emplacement idéal pour nous !
  
  What could be improved: Un des 2 lits est un peu trop mou pour nous mais cela reste subjectif. Le système de fermeture de la SDB/toilettes est joli mais pas très isolant.

  Emplacement parfait pour exposer au salon CSE. Logement très calme la nuit et proche de toutes commodités.
  
  What could be improved: L'accueil n'est pas facile. Pb pour la caution en ligne qui nous a retardé de 5 minute devant la porte… La personne qui nous a ouvert nous a demandé 10€ de frais de retard en espèce. Nous avons refusé car déplacement professionnel nécessitant une facture. Nous n'avons pas eu de retour de l'agence le lendemain…
  Manque d'intimité dû à la porte persienne de salle d'eau/wc…

  super emplacement . en face arret tram et quais.
  pas simple de trouver place parking devant mais ok dans rues voisines.
  appartement bien equipe hormis peu de petites cuilleres et la porte coulissante des wc: bof! il faudrait la remplacer.

  Votre concierge Fanny très bien pour l'accueil.
  
  What could be improved: Appartement pas très bien entretenu. Peu s'améliorer sans trop dépenser. Porte placard des WC, cuvette des toilettes mettre produit contre le tartre, ce serait un minimum. Visserie des poignées de porte à changer.
  Escalier pour monter je suis un peu handicapé, prothèses.
  C'est peu de choses mais c'est un minimum à faire.
