  The front desk staff were very friendly and pleasant. The neighborhood is very walkable (close to the train station and walkable to tram stops or the centre ville).

  The room was spacious with good amenities, and the bathroom was also great (the hairdryer was definitely a plus, and the towel rack for drying/warming the towels was a nice touch). The location was relatively close to the city centre, and we could easily reach it by foot, metro, or bus, despite a slight sense of insecurity due to the area being less busy. Additionally, after check-out, they allowed us to store our luggage until our flight time.
